Orange Juice Rises on Concern Drought, Hurricanes May Harm Florida Groves

(Bloomberg) -- Orange-juice futures in New York rose for a second day on speculation the current drought and hurricanes in Florida will damage citrus groves still recovering from storms in 2004 and 2005.

The National Weather Service warned that dry air may spread wildfires in all but one Florida county today. Two hurricanes and three tropical storms may strike the U.S. East and Gulf coasts this year, part of an above-average storm season in June through November, London-based Tropical Storm Risk said last week.
