Freddie Mac sells $4 billion 2-year reference notes

(Reuters) - The joint lead managers of the sale were Bear Stearns,
Citigroup Global markets and Credit Suisse.




Including today's offering, Freddie Mac has issued $25
billion of reference notes in 2007 and will have about $238
billion in reference notes and bonds outstanding.
