(Bloomberg) -- Asian stocks fell after Nippon
Electric Glass Co. and Advantest Corp. reported lower earnings
and metals prices slumped.
BHP Billiton Ltd. slid after copper and zinc prices fell,
while Nippon Electric Glass Co. plunged the most in two decades.
Nomura Holdings Inc. jumped the most in five years and Hyundai
Motor Co. rose for a ninth day after reporting net income that
beat analyst estimates.
