US STOCKS-Futures cut losses, point to flat open

(Reuters) - After steep losses earlier, the S&P 500 and Nasdaq index
futures briefly turned positive after the data on gross
domestic product in a volatile session.




S&P 500 futures were off 1.30 points, below fair
value, a mathematical formula that evaluates pricing by taking
into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration
on the contract.
