(Reuters) - South Africa's rand briefly breached the key 7 to the dollar psychological level on Wednesday, hitting a near-four-month high.
At 1300 GMT the local unit was at 7.0030 against the greenback, after touching 6.9950 minutes earlier, its strongest level since January 4.
