(FIN24) - South Africa's third-largest gold producer, Harmony Gold Mining, on Wednesday announced that acting CEO Graham Briggs had officially replaced former boss Bernard Swanepoel as CEO of the company with immediate effect.
The announcement comes four months after Swanepoel's surprise resignation early in August last year.
