(Reuters) - Dow, the No. 1 U.S. chemical maker by sales, said
second-quarter profit rose to $1.04 billion, or $1.07 a share,
from $1.02 billion, or $1.05 a share, a year earlier.
Sales rose 6 percent to $13.27 billion, the the Midland,
Michigan-based company said.
