UPDATE 1-NetBank expects $60-$70 mln loss on deal with EverBank

(Reuters) - Shares in Atlanta-based NetBank fell 16 percent to $1.47 in
early morning trade on the Nasdaq.




NetBank expects the deal to close by end of June, it said
in a statement.
