Barclays deal offers ABN certainty: CEO Varley
(Reuters) - ABN on Sunday rejected an offer for its U.S. arm LaSalle Bank from a group comprising Royal Bank of Scotland . ABN also said at that time it would sell LaSalle to Bank of America for $21 billion.
